Deposit

Locke Falls Farm requires 50% of the event rental fee at the time of reservation and a signed agreement to secure your date. The balance is due 120 days prior to your event. A refundable security deposit is due 60 days prior.

Cancellation

  • 365+ days prior — $2,500 forfeited
  • 275–365 days prior — 50% of rental fee forfeited
  • 0–274 days prior — 100% of rental fee forfeited

Vendors

Couples have the flexibility to source their own vendors or may work from our recommended list. Vendors must be approved by the Farm Event Coordinator prior to your event.
